A link to the application will be available on this page once the application period opens—please check back regularly for updates. Application Requirements: Applicants will be required to answer several essay questions and upload their current academic transcripts. For the Pre-Athletic Training Scholarship only, applicants must also upload a copy of their FAFSA Submission Summary. Students must provide the name and email address of a recommender. This individual will automatically receive a link to complete a brief recommendation questionnaire. Important: For the Professional and Post-Professional scholarships, your recommender must be a BOC Certified Athletic Trainer. All application materials—including transcripts, supporting documents, and the completed recommendation form—must be submitted by the application deadline. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that all components are completed on time, including following up with your recommender if necessary. Which Scholarship Is Right for You?
